Frequently Asked Questions

Is each image placed on a separate PDF page?

Yes. Each image becomes one page in the output PDF. Images are scaled to fit the page dimensions while maintaining their aspect ratio, with white margins added if the image proportions don't match the page size.

Will the PDF be searchable?

No. Images converted to PDF are stored as raster graphics. The PDF will not contain selectable or searchable text. For searchable output from scanned documents, you need OCR (optical character recognition) software.

Does the tool support large images?

Yes, within browser memory limits. Very high-resolution images (24+ megapixel camera photos) may be slow to process but should complete successfully. Images are embedded at their original resolution unless you resize them first using the Image Resizer tool.

What is the maximum number of images I can combine?

There is no imposed limit on the number of images. The practical limit is browser memory — 20–50 standard photos work without issues on most devices.
